As a registered user, you can change your password at any time. If you do change your password, you may also want to change your password recovery question and answer.
If you forgot your password and the system sends you an e-mail message containing a new password, we recommend you use it to access the system and immediately change your password to something only you know.
To change your password:
If the Preferences page is your current location, skip to step 2 (below). If it is not your current location, do the following:
Click Home. The Home Page displays.
Click Create/Update your login preferences and contact information. The Preferences page displays.
In the New Password field, type a new password. Remember, your password must be at least 6 characters, no more than 10 characters long (special characters contained within the ISO-8859-1 character set identified as code numbers 161-255 [for example, this includes both small and capital letters with various accents] are supported).
In the Verify Password field, re-type your new password.
To change your password recovery cues:
Type a new Password Recovery Question.
Type a new Password Recovery Answer.
When you finish all changes, click OK.
