We all forget passwords from time to time. If you have forgotten yours, don't panic ... we can help you get back on track.
When you registered, you set a password recovery question and answer. The current page displays the Password Recovery Question you provided.
In the Your response field, type the correct answer (the Password Recovery Answer). You must type it exactly as you did when you entered it. When you complete this entry, click Next....
If what you type matches what's in your personal information, the system will send you a message containing a new password.
When you receive this, return to the Login page and use the new password to access your account. We recommend you change your password as soon as you log in.

Cut and Paste Your New Password. When you use the password recovery feature, the system sends you a password that is randomly chosen and, therefore, may be difficult to remember or re-type. To avoid mistakes, we recommend that you cut the password from the system e-mail and paste it into the log in area. If you do cut and paste your new password, please make sure that you cut only the password information. If you cut spaces, punctuation, and/or any other character that is not included in the proper password, the password will not work when you attempt to log in. |

Why a new password? For security reasons, all password files are specially encrypted. Even the system itself can't read your original password in a way that allows it to be repeated back to you. What it can do is reset your account to accept a new password. This is the new password that it sends you. |
